  1. Published new versions of the CIV ECF 1, CIV ECF 2(INQ), and CW1 INQ forms with updated privacy notice.

  2. Replaced the Provider Information Pack (Inquests) and the Lord Chancellor’s Funding Guidance (Inquests) with the September 2023 versions, removed the Inquest Legal Help Waiver Template, and added the CW1 INQ form,

  3. Updated Lord Chancellor funding guidance (non-inquests) and Lord Chancellor funding guidance (inquests) to July versions in preparation for the implementation of the first phase of the Means Test Review.

  4. Uploaded a new form, the APP9E - Application for the review of a decision of the director of legal aid casework.

  5. Updated guidance after change in monarch.

  6. Update timescale for review, contact emails, links and page references. Removing reference to applying for Legal Help to investigate applying for further ECF funding (process not used)

  7. New version of CIV ECF2 (INQ) has been uploaded.

  8. Published new versions of the CIV ECF 1 and CIV ECF 2(INQ) forms with updated privacy notice. The CIV ECF 1 also has changes to make it easier for direct applicants to complete.
